Darcy Bellerjeau is a Senior Advisor for Public Sector at Microsoft. She leads strategy and outreach to influencers in both government and education, including policymakers across the United States, showcasing how Microsoft is helping enable economic growth, drive environmental sustainability, connect governments with their citizens, inspire education and promote social inclusion. Darcy is known for her hands-on collaboration in spearheading thought leadership, innovation and breakthrough ideas. With more than 25 years of marketing and communications experience in both Fortune 50 corporations and as an entrepreneur, her diverse and unique background brings vision, creativity and strong business acumen to keep her clients at the forefront of how best to tell their story.
Darcy also specializes in corporate citizenship and public affairs. Darcy has a passion for the integration and partnership between governments, non-profits and the private sector, and how together they can help solve the nation’s most important challenges. She is an industry visionary who thrives on relationship building, sharing best practice, elevating the conversation, and seeking and offering differentiators.
She’s had extensive experience with community outreach in key markets, but most importantly for Microsoft’s immediate needs has played several key roles in the D.C. metro technology and education ecosystem. Aside from her service as a member of the Advisory Board for DC STEM Network (formed to inspire and prepare all DC youth to succeed, lead and innovate in STEM fields and beyond), Darcy is actively involved to encourage education and mentorship for girls through her commitment to local community programs.
A trusted industry consultant, Darcy is sought out for her national and international experience. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami, and her Master of International Affairs degree from George Washington University.
