Novel Engineering Teacher Workshop
September 21 @ 8:30 am - 3:30 pmFree
Novel Engineering is a research-based approach that integrates engineering and literacy in elementary and middle school instruction. This learning method builds on literature already in use in the classroom and gives students the opportunity to deepen literacy skills by using the text as the context for engineering problems. This full day training will model integrated learning experiences and engage educators in the integrated design process. Visit the website to learn more about this innovative method from Tufts University.
