Harmony DC STEM Fest 2018

Harmony DC STEM Fest celebrates innovations in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Harmony Public Charter Schools, student groups, regional corporations, museums, educators, and national labs are joining forces to present hundreds of activities that range in complexity to entertain people of all ages. Harmony PCS hopes to increase awareness of the critical role science and other STEM fields play in our world every day.
The DC STEM Festival features various STEM demonstrations performed by students and community organizations. The activities are, included but not limited to, Rubik’s Cube solver robot, dry ice activities, hover board, smoke ring, and other student activities.
The event will take place at Harmony DC school campus at 62 T St NE Washington, DC 20002 on February 24 between 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. The DC STEM Festival is free and open to public. Refreshments will be provided to all participants and visitors. Teachers who bring 10 or more students to the festival will receive a STEM kit.
