Register Student Projects

Please review the instructions below before filling out the form.

The Elementary Fair is open to 3rd-5th grade students from DC public, public charter, private, parochial, or home schools. Each school can register up to five projects total. If any combination of teachers at a school submits more than five projects, only the first five will be allowed to compete at the STEM Fair.

Each team project can have up to three students per project.

Registration Instructions:

Step 1) Download and Complete Required Documents: Each school will need to upload a signed DC STEM Fair Student Media Release Form for all participating students. This form must be signed by the student’s legal parent/guardian.

Step 2) Have Project Details and Student Info Ready: Please have all project titles, project abstract (250 word or less summary), student names, and emergency contact information in addition to the forms requested ready.

Step 3) Then, go ahead and register!

Teachers, please complete the registration form and upload the media and medical release for each student participating in the fair. Registration is not complete until all the form is submitted for each student.
